| Home Fire Protection Unit |
The Home Fire Protection Unit can be used in conjunction with, or as alternative support equipment to Fire Departments that have the task of providing Home Fire Protection. Fire Departments can incorporate the CARBA Home Fire Protection Unit or the Industrial Mobile Fire Protection Unit into their existing equipment inventory. They would be able to capitalize on the use of the portability and mobility of these units to maneuver around the sometimes burdensome barriers that we, as fire fighters, all know the homeowners unknowingly place in our paths as we conduct our fire ground operations. Since these fire units would need only one person to effectively operate the unit, critically needed fire fighting personnel can be deployed elsewhere. With the simplicity of operating these units, the amount of training needed before operating the units for this specific task would be very minimal. Auxiliary personnel or even retirees within the Fire Department can be used to perform these duties. |
